• Please select the "support" channel in our discord for support Rules & Regulations • We do NOT allow customers to charge back, If you decide to do so there will strictly be punishments. • All accounts here at Hybrid are NFA, once you purchase an account it is YOUR duty to keep the account secure and safe. If you change the account password or any information, the original owner (not me) can get notified and lead to them pulling the account back. • WE will never in any terms change the info to an account a customer purchased • We dont recommend buying the accounts to use them on console, as they are guaranteed to work on PC • If a customer has any issues you will report it by making a support ticket in the discord. • NFA accounts don't usually last due to the original owner of the account may notice and lead to the account being "pulled" so please dont make a support ticket about the account info not working (unless in never worked in the first place). REFUND POLICY • You are not to get a refund without a reasonable statement, If you feel you need a refund please make a support ticket in the discord.
